Our hats are decorated to order. We strive to have your product shipped within a week (hopefully a couple of days). There are times that our hat manufacturers are out of stock in a particular color. If we  fail to remove an out of stock color hat from our website, we will contact you concerning color change. We can change hat color or we will gladly refund immediately.

Our shirts are in stock. We try to keep the inventory correct on our website. Sometimes, we slip and may have a shirt or size on the website that is out of stock. If this happens, we will return your funds immediately.

We will ship ASAP, always!! Depending on the shipping provider, shipping estimate times can vary.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
