Riverbed Threads had the best customer service, above and beyond accommodating. I had purchased this hat for my partner at a truck stop in Virginia on a fly fishing trip, and then it got lost. We were both pretty bummed, but I found it online again- the catch was that it was only available via bulk order. I emailed the company asking if I could order one single hat, and they fully accommodated. He loves it, I love it, and now it has an even better story.
